Encapsulates the foot, ankle and knee in the presence of profound gait pathology and muscular deficits. Can incorporate varied designs of joints and articulations at the ankle and knee, depending on the presentation of the user. The device aims to support and preserve the ankle and provide control to the knee, to either prevent uncontrolled buckling (flexion) or excessive locking out (hyperextension).
Made of super light and strong carbon fibre, the long lever arms of the device provide maximum stability and restoration of walking ability.
